Eden Rock Strengthens Executive Team in Response to Business Growth and Emerging Technology Development Programs

Bothell, WA USA – May 24, 2010 – Eden Rock Communications, LLC (“Eden Rock”), a leading innovator of dynamic resource optimization solutions for wireless networks, announced today the appointment of two executive management positions in response to business growth and emerging technology development programs. Effective immediately, Debby Toye will serve as Eden Rock’s Chief Financial Officer and Dave Ryan will serve as Eden Rock’s Chief Technology Officer - both reporting to the Eden Rock President & CEO, Chaz Immendorf.

Debby Toye possess ten years of experience in domestic and international financial management and business operations for technology organizations. Debby previously served in various financial management roles with IBM and the Bank of Montreal. Debby holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and MBA from McGill University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington, USA.

Dave Ryan possess over 20 years experience in the wireless industry including hands on development and field trials work with 2G, 3G and emerging 4G technologies. Dave has been granted 11 US and international patents to-date including the AT&T patent of the year (1999) for the core OFDMA broadband wireless system airlink. Dave holds a BSEE from California State University at Fresno.
